Josh Wilson serves as Clinical Manager for Emory Healthcare in the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine division, where he leads teams dedicated to delivering exceptional care and advancing patient outcomes. With a passion for healthcare leadership, Josh has built his career on strengthening operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care.
Josh earned his Master’s degree in Physical Education from the University of North Georgia, a season of personal and professional growth that equipped him with valuable skills in coaching, training, and education. This background has enhanced his ability to manage budgets, oversee profit-and-loss responsibilities, and develop his team—empowering staff to elevate patient care at Emory Healthcare to the next level.
Beyond his professional role, Josh is deeply committed to his community. He has served for over three years on the Metro Atlanta Parks and Recreation Board, where he helps oversee safety projects and long-term planning initiatives. Josh also invests in mentorship, both as part of the teaching team at his church and by guiding emerging leaders within Emory Healthcare—sharing his experience to inspire and equip others.
A proud husband and father of two daughters, Josh finds balance in family life and outdoor adventures. Whether hiking, mountain biking, or working in his garden, he draws motivation from building, nurturing, and growing—values that shape both his personal life and professional journey.
