Reconnecting with your university by joining the Alumni Association is a meaningful way to renew ties with campus, support current students, and stay informed about university initiatives. Members gain access to a wide range of networking events, professional development resources, and volunteer opportunities that foster lifelong relationships while contributing to scholarships and campus programs.

UNG Alumni Association memberships is available to all alumni who have been enrolled in a degree-granting program at North Georgia for two semesters/quarters or more. You can choose between several membership types starting at $35.

Annual Memberships

$55 - Joint Annual Membership

Lifetime Memberships

$550 - Individual Lifetime Membership
$750 - Joint Lifetime Membership

UNGAA members are eligible for discounts on events and special services, as well as other benefits unique to UNG.

  • The Alumni Bulletin, a publication dedicated to UNG alumni news and features, is printed quarterly and sent exclusively to Alumni Association members.

  • Annual events such as the Alumni Gold Rush Reception and Class Reunions offer discounted admission to Alumni Association members. For upcoming events, check out the Alumni Events page.

  • As a member, you will be invited to networking events sponsored by the Alumni Association.

  • Through UNG Connect, members can access the online alumni directory.

  • Members receive a discounted rate on Recreation Center membership on the Dahlonega Campus. Opened in 2008, the Rec Center is a state-of-the-art fitness facility with individual and group training opportunities.

  • Members can make an appointment by emailing alumni@ung.edu or calling 706.864.1547 and receive one professional headshot.

  • Discounts on Liberty Mutual insurance policies such as home, auto and rental from Meyers & Associates.

  • The Alumni Association sponsors international trips through Collette. As a member, we invite you to travel with alumni around the globe!

  • Alumni Association membership gives you access to volunteer on several alumni boards.

  • Members receive access to the UNG Library.

  • Members will receive either an annual or lifetime membership card and a car decal.

  • Children and grandchildren of active Alumni Association members are eligible to apply for two Legacy Scholarships.
