Abby Loggins ‘16

Abigail “Abby” Loggins is an entrepreneur, community builder, and proud University of North Georgia alumna whose journey has been all about bringing people together. A 2016 graduate with a degree in Middle Grades Education, she started out as a teacher, later stepped into nonprofit education and marketing, and eventually found her calling as a small business owner. Today, Abby is the youngest Peach Partner in Big Peach Running Company’s history, co-owning and operating the Braselton location with her husband. What started as a place to find great running shoes has become a welcoming hub for wellness, connection, and fun in the community.

Abby’s heart for service is just as strong as her entrepreneurial drive. She’s the current President of the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County, and she’s a founding member of the North Georgia Community Foundation’s Oak Society. She also lends her energy to WomenSource, her church family at Lakewood Baptist, and other causes close to her heart. This year, she was honored to be chosen for the 2025–2026 Leadership Hall County program, a testament to the leadership so many already see in her.

Whether she’s organizing charity runs, mentoring young leaders, or simply greeting guests with a smile, Abby brings warmth, creativity, and a touch of joy to everything she does. A devoted wife to Zack (also a UNG 20 Under 40 recipient) and mom to Gaines and Hank, Abby is proud to live out the values of integrity, service, and boldness all which she learned from her faith, her family, and her beloved her alma mater. She carries with her the longstanding advice from her dad: “If you’re gonna be a bear, be a grizzly bear.” It’s a reminder to show up fully and give her very best in all that she does.
