Anne Hudson, a North Georgia native, graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in December of 2013. Since then, Anne has been career focused and determined to break into the traditionally male-dominated Atlanta insurance industry. Known for her grit, discipline, and genuine passion for people, she has built a reputation as a trusted leader in the employee benefits industry.

Her most defining career accomplishment was co-launching a boutique employee benefits brokerage firm after leaving a secure role at a Fortune 500 company in 2018. As a key operational leader, she built the firm’s foundational processes, cultivated carrier relationships across the Southeast, and helped establish the brand. Throughout the company’s inaugural five-year period, she was a driving force behind its successful launch, growth, and profitability.

Seeking to amplify her impact within the market, in 2023 Anne transitioned to Alera Group, a midsize brokerage firm that shared her people-first philosophy but offered broader resources, national support, and equity ownership. In her current leadership role as a Senior Client Consultant, Anne oversees a substantial book of business comprised of a wide array of industries while also supporting team and organizational functions.

Anne is especially recognized for her work designing employer-sponsored onsite, near-site, and virtual healthcare clinics. She has partnered with employers nationwide to launch more than twenty clinics that remove barriers to care, eliminate insurance hurdles, and provide employees with no-cost, high-quality, personalized healthcare.

Her career reflects a bold commitment to reimagining the intersection of healthcare and insurance. By championing innovative, people-first solutions, Anne helps employers lower costs, strengthen retention, and create healthcare experiences that are more transparent.
