Sydney Casey ‘18

Sydney Casey graduated from the University of North Georgia, Class of 2018, with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She then completed her MBA at Truett McConnell University in 2020. Sydney now serves on the Hans Hut School of Business Advisory Board at TMU, supporting the next generation of business leaders.

Her career began in education, where she held Director of Communication roles at Mountain Education Charter High School and Jefferson City Schools. During her time at Mountain Education, Sydney was deeply involved in the North Georgia community, serving the Cleveland Kiwanis Club as both Secretary and then President. Her work in school communications earned recognition from the Georgia School Public Relations Association for excellence in writing, social media, videography, and more.

Today, Sydney is the Marketing Manager at Mansfield Energy, overseeing marketing efforts across North America. She manages the execution of content across email, social media, web, and print to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement. She works cross-functionally with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment and serves as editor of Mansfield’s daily FUELSNews blog, which provides market insights for the energy industry. Her articles have been featured by national outlets, including Fox News and Reuters, further amplifying Mansfield’s industry voice.
